About AITE

We are seeking a creative, digitally skilled and proactive Digital Content & AI Coordinator to join our team and support the development of AITE’s digital presence, marketing activities and business operations.
About the Role
The Digital Content & AI Coordinator will be responsible for developing engaging digital content, coordinating marketing materials, maintaining website and social media content, editing videos, and using AI and digital technologies to improve content creation and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional digital and marketing content, including flyers, brochures, posters and social media materials.
- Create and edit promotional videos and digital media.
- Utilise AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation, productivity and business processes.
- Develop and maintain digital documents, forms, Flyers, templates and presentations.
- Create and manage QR codes for forms, campaigns, events and digital resources.
- Coordinate and update website content, ensuring information is accurate and current.
- Support the development and scheduling of social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistency of AITE’s branding, messaging and visual identity across digital platforms.
- Support marketing initiatives, events, expos and student recruitment activities.
- Research and recommend emerging AI and digital tools that may improve organisational efficiency.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong digital and creative skills with an interest in AI and emerging technologies.
- Experience using Canva or similar graphic design platforms.
- Experience with video editing software, such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent.
- Experience creating professional digital and marketing content.
- Basic experience with website content management systems.
- Strong written communication and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, innovative and solutions-focused approach.
