Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor assigned SMEs and Instructional Designers.
- Translate learning objectives into engaging lesson plans, assessments, projects, and teacher resources.
- Ensure curriculum quality, consistency, and pedagogical alignment.
- Review and approve curriculum deliverables submitted by SMEs and IDs.
- Develop curriculum frameworks, learning progressions, and competency maps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and implementation.
- Conduct curriculum audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to timelines and project milestones.
Educational Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Educational Psychology, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Candidates with qualifications in Psychology, particularly Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or Educational Psychology, will be preferred.
Preferred Certifications Indian Certifications / Qualifications
- Diploma or Certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).
- NTT (Nursery Teacher Training).
- Diploma in Pre-Primary Education (DPPE).
- B.Ed. (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent.
- Certification programs recognized by institutions such as:
- National Institute of Open Schooling
- Indira Gandhi National Open University
- NCERT
International Certifications / Framework Experience
- Experience or certification related to:
- International Baccalaureate
- Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education
- Association Montessori Internationale
- American Montessori Society
- National Association for the Education of Young Children
- Demonstrated understanding of EYFS, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Play-Based Learning, and Inquiry-Based Learning frameworks.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of cognitive, social-emotional, language, and motor development in children aged 3–5 years.
- Ability to translate developmental psychology principles into engaging learning experiences.
- Experience designing age-appropriate curriculum, assessments, teacher guides, and hands-on learning activities.
- Familiarity with inclusive education, differentiated instruction, and child safeguarding practices.
