Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for technical roles while ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
- Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding
Requirements
- 1+ year of IT recruitment experience
- Good understanding of technical roles and hiring processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
