* Conduct product knowledge, sales, customer service, and process training for store staff.
* Train employees on grooming standards, customer handling, billing process, and SOP compliance.
* Identify training needs through regular store visits and staff performance reviews.
* Coordinate induction and onboarding training programs for new employees.
* Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve employee productivity and sales performance.
* Support store teams in achieving sales targets through continuous coaching and motivation.
* Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
* Ensure uniform training standards and implementation across all stores.
* Coordinate with department heads and management for skill development initiatives and new program rollouts.
* Assist in conducting refresher training sessions during offers, campaigns, and seasonal sales periods.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
