- Call prospective clients using the high-quality leads provided by the company.
- Understand the customer's property requirements and explain our real estate projects clearly.
- Share project details, brochures, and pricing with interested clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients with our on-field sales team.
- Follow up regularly with potential buyers to build a strong pipeline and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate data records of all client interactions in the tracking system.
