Position: Real Estate CRM Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in CRM Management
Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM system for lead and customer tracking.
- Lead Handling: Manage inbound and outbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry and generate performance reports.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries and manage customer relationships.
- Sales Support: Assist sales teams with necessary information and insights.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing to support lead generation and customer engagement.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement CRM process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of CRM experience (real estate preferred).
- CRM Knowledge: Proficient in CRM software .
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Understanding of real estate sales processes is a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
