Job Summary:
We are looking for a Reservation Support Executive with experience in international hotel bookings and reservation operations. The ideal candidate will manage hotel reservations, coordinate with global suppliers and DMCs, ensure timely booking confirmations, and provide seamless reservation support using CRS/GDS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international hotel reservations for FIT and B2B travel bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and global suppliers for booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations.
- Process accommodation bookings while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Resolve reservation-related issues and provide prompt support to internal teams and clients.
- Work on CRS/GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre for reservation management.
- Maintain booking records and ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in international hotel reservation support or travel operations.
- Knowledge of global hotel booking processes, FIT reservations, and B2B travel operations.
- Hands-on experience with CRS/GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre preferred).
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings while maintaining high accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
