Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Generate leads and set appointments
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers for conversions or feedback
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer support, or similar role (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
