Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-driven telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making Inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients, generating qualified leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided data.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handover.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.
Target & Performance Expectations
- Meet monthly targets.
- Maintain high call productivity and follow-up efficiency.
- Achieve conversion goals as defined by the management.
- Performance incentives will be linked to target achievement.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- One year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- English communication is preferred.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Working Hours
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
