Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Telecaller Executive who is comfortable handling end-to-end client communication — from calling leads and converting them into mature prospects to closing deals and coordinating project delivery. The candidate will play a key role in client handling, follow-ups, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into mature leads.
- Finalize deals, schedule meetings, and coordinate with clients.
- Prepare and share quotations and invoices/bills with clients.
- Regularly follow up with clients for pending payments/dues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Act as a bridge between clients and developers by communicating client requirements, queries, and issues.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain proper records of leads, communications, and transactions.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / marketing / sales.
- Must be comfortable handling lead conversion, deal closure, and client coordination.
- Strong communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Ability to multitask and manage client relationships efficiently.
- Candidates must mention their current CTC during the application/interview process.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT services / software sales.
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and billing processes.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ballygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
