We are hiring for Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Food & Beverage (F&B)
Reports To: Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Manager
Any Fresher / Experienced/ 12th pass / graduate / Diploma all can apply
Salary :- 12 to 14k in hand (Plus accommodation and meals is provided )

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain menu items, promotions, and make recommendations when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and according to established service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas.
- Assist in setting up and closing restaurant operations as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle billing, payment processing, and cash transactions accurately when required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Hospitality qualification preferred.
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality service is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
