Raga on the Ganges is a 4-star luxury mountain retreat nestled along the sacred river. We are known for our serene atmosphere and "soulful" guest experiences. We are looking for a vigilant and professional Lifeguard to ensure the safety of our guests at our temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool which overlooks the picturesque valleys.Key Responsibilities:
- Safety & Surveillance: Maintain constant, vigilant surveillance of the pool area to prevent accidents and identify swimmers in distress.
- Emergency Response: Act immediately in emergencies to perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR as required.
- Rule Enforcement: Firmly but politely enforce pool safety rules to ensure a family-friendly environment.
- Maintenance: Conduct daily water quality checks (pH/chlorine levels) and maintain the cleanliness of the pool and deck area.
- Guest Interaction: Assist guests with pool-related needs and report any maintenance issues to the management team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience as a lifeguard or pool attendant in a luxury hotel/resort is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong swimming abilities and physical fitness are mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
