Role Overview
- Manage complete end-to-end enrollment process
- Handle journey from lead generation to final admission closure
- Counsel students and parents with a career-focused approach
- Ensure high conversion and smooth admission experience
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, walk-ins, referrals, and digital sources
- Maintain daily calling targets and follow-up plans
- Build and manage a strong lead pipeline
- Student & Parent Counselling
- Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions
- Understand student needs, interests, and career goals
- Guide parents with clear career insights and trust-building communication
- Course Presentation & Guidance
- Present MAAC courses (Animation, VFX, Gaming, Design) effectively
- Map student requirements to the right course offering
- Provide career clarity and industry awareness (AVGC sector)
- Objection Handling & Conversion
- Handle objections related to fees, ROI, placements, and career scope
- Ensure maximum conversion from enquiry to admission
- Close admissions within defined timelines
- Enrollment & Documentation
- Explain fee structure, EMI options, and offers
- Complete admission formalities and documentation accurately
- Ensure error-free and timely enrollment process
- CRM & Data Management
- Update all leads and admissions in CRM/portal
- Maintain accurate and real-time data records
- Ensure no pending or missed entries
- Team Collaboration
- Support and guide junior counsellors
- Share conversion strategies and best practices
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
Key Skills

Experience & Qualification
- Graduate in any stream (MBA preferred)
- 3–6 years experience in education sales/counselling
- Experience in handling students and parents for high-value courses
- KPIs / Performance Metrics
- Daily calls and follow-ups
- Number of walk-ins generated
- Conversion ratio (Enquiry → Admission)
- Achievement of revenue targets
