Job Title: CRM Executive – Jewelry Industry
Job Description:
Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding dispatch and delivery of jewelry parcels
Track inward and outward shipments and confirm safe receipt
Follow up with clients for pending payments (B2C & B2B)
Maintain CRM records for orders, deliveries, and payments
Handle routine client communication and resolve basic order-related queries
Ensure proper coordination with logistics, sales, and accounts teams
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
