Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute actionable sales strategies and plans aligned with overall brand goals and financial budgets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas.
- Forecast sales performance, set regional or store targets, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives and store staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching, and foster a target-driven, customer-first sales culture.
- Manage manpower planning, including scheduling and performance tracking.
3. Account Management & Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, wholesale buyers, and Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) partners.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
4. Operations & Merchandising Collaboration
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, production, and supply chain) to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely deliveries.
- Monitor stock movement, analyze sell-through rates, and ensure correct garment merchandising across all sales channels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: [e.g., 5-7] years of proven B2B or B2C sales management experience within the apparel, textile, or fashion retail industry.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and market research.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Requirements: Flexibility to travel for client meetings, trade shows, or regional store visits.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
