Job Title: Marketing Executive – Candidate Marketing
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for strategically marketing candidates' profiles across the open job market and maximizing their interview opportunities. You will work closely with candidates to optimize their professional presence, apply for relevant job opportunities, and coordinate throughout the placement process until they secure employment.
This role focuses on candidate marketing, job applications, profile optimization, and placement support to help candidates achieve successful career outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and maintain candidates' LinkedIn profiles to meet industry standards.
- Market candidates' profiles across multiple job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Apply for suitable job opportunities on behalf of candidates based on their skills and experience.
- Search and identify relevant job openings across the USA, Canada, UK, and other international markets.
- Draft professional resumes, cover letters, and personalized job application content.
- Send candidate profiles directly to recruiters, hiring managers, and agencies through email and professional networks.
- Generate maximum interview opportunities by implementing effective profile marketing strategies.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and keep candidates informed about interview status, feedback, and next steps.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely placement updates.
- Track applications, interviews, recruiter responses, and placement progress using Excel, CRM, or Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with recruiters, trainers, and internal teams to improve candidate placement success.
- Maintain accurate records of all marketing activities and placement metrics.
Requirements
- Fresher – 1 years of experience in Recruitment, Resume Marketing, Candidate Marketing, Placement Services, HR, or Sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent English communication and written skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, job portals, and online recruitment platforms.
- Ability to draft professional resumes, cover letters, and recruiter emails.
- Basic understanding of IT roles such as Java, Python, QA, Business Analyst, DevOps, Data Analyst, etc., is preferred.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple candidate profiles simultaneously.
