Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to support our Used Cars operations. We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills and prior customer support experience who can effectively handle customer interactions in a remote work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service
- Fluent in English and Malayalam
- Hindi proficiency is desirable
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while working remotely
Salary:
Working Hours:
- 8-hour shift
- Shift timing may fall between 9:30 AM and 1:30 AM
- May be a straight shift or break shift, based on operational requirements
