Job Title: Sales Executive – FMCG
Location: Korba
Salary: ₹15,000 –18000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of market trends, distribution channels, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Visit distributors, retailers, and wholesalers regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Develop new markets and onboard potential dealers/distributors.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure proper product display, stock rotation, and timely order collection.
- Maintain relationships with key customers and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share market feedback with the management team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (B. Com, BBA, or equivalent preferred).
