Job Summary
Vidya Setu Institute is looking for confident, energetic, and target-oriented Field Academic Counsellors to counsel prospective students, understand their requirements, explain suitable courses, and convert prospects into confirmed admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and counsel prospective students/customers.
- Understand students' educational and career requirements.
- Explain suitable courses, benefits, and the admission process.
- Handle queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested students and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.
- Maintain records of follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal team to complete the admission process.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and direct customer interaction.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in academic counselling, education sales, admission counselling, or field sales will be an advantage.
Compensation
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + incentives up to ₹15,000, based on performance and course admissions.
