- Play a key role in shaping and implementing clinic policies that set the standard for excellence

- Guide and review nursing workflows to ensure seamless, high-quality client care
- Curate exceptional client experiences by scheduling and coordinating appointments with precision and warmth
- Build meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and clients, offering personalised wellness packages that make a real difference
- Work with cutting-edge AI-based CRM platforms like IV Pro and Pabau - because we believe in smart, modern healthcare
- Uphold the highest standards of clinical documentation, accuracy and compliance
- Keep the business running smoothly by managing sales reports, billing, invoices and petty cash
- Ensure the clinic is always fully stocked and equipped - nothing falls through the cracks on your watch
- Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of all clinic equipment so your team can always deliver their best
- Invest in your team's growth through regular performance reviews and meaningful feedback
- Be a champion for the client experience - participate in mystery audits and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate across departments to track leads, conversions and sales targets - your work directly impacts the brand's growth
- Represent REVIV at exciting on-site marketing events, pop-ups and exhibitions
- Support and train franchisees on brand standards, promotions and procedures - helping the REVIV family grow
- Be a true partner to franchisees, contributing to the overall success of the organisation

Experience Required
- Minimum 3-5 years in clinic/wellness/hospitality management
- Prior experience in aesthetics, IV therapy, or luxury wellness brands
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Ability to manage staff, handle clients, and oversee day-to-day clinic operations
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Appearance and personality that fits the brand
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
