Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter – US IT Staffing with strong expertise in US IT recruitment, team leadership, account management, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing recruitment teams, handling US clients directly, and delivering quality talent solutions for contract and full-time requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT recruiters to achieve hiring and performance goals.
- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for Contract, C2C, W2, and Full-Time positions.
- Source, screen, evaluate, and submit qualified candidates for US IT requirements.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with US clients, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering calls, status reviews, and recruitment strategy discussions.
- Understand client hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans to meet delivery expectations.
- Monitor team performance, submission quality, interview ratios, and placements.
- Train and guide recruiters on sourcing strategies, market trends, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, account management, and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of requirements.
- Utilize recruitment tools and job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS platforms.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports, pipeline updates, and account performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 7–8 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Lead Recruiter or Team Lead role.
- Strong experience managing and interacting directly with US clients.
- Proven experience in account management and client relationship management.
- Thorough understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and work authorization categories.
- Experience recruiting across various IT technologies and domains.
- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and team deliverables simultaneously.
