Summary:
The Woven Designer will specialize in designing woven fabric-based garments such as shirting, bottom wear, and structured apparel.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop seasonal collections for shirts, trousers, skirts, and jackets in line with market trends and brand identity.

Develop a strong understanding of woven fabric construction, including various weave types (plain, twill, satin, etc.).

Research and apply appropriate wash techniques and fabric finishes to enhance product appeal.

Create detailed tech packs for the sample room, including:

Garment construction details
-
Measurements and specifications
-
Stitching and finishing guidelines
-
Coordinate closely with the sampling and production teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.

Stay updated with fashion trends, Colores, fabrics, and innovations in woven garments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Textile Design or related field.
1–3 years of experience in woven garment design (preferred).
Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and pattern basics.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator / CorelDRAW.
Good understanding of tech pack creation and garment detailing.

• Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in textile processing (preferred)
