Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Call Center Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, follow-ups, appointment bookings, and converting enquiries into clinic visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Explain clinic services, offers, and procedures to customers.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the clinic and sales team for smooth customer handling.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- English and Hindi communication are mandatory.
- Kannada/Telugu communication will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, call center, healthcare, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Target-oriented, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
