About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads from various sources.
- Convert inquiries into admissions/sales by understanding customer needs.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested prospects.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the admissions/operations team for smooth customer onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
>Required Qualifications:
- Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong persuasion and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, or Customer Service.
Knowledge of CRM software.
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
