We are hiring a "Patient Care coordinator / Telesales Executive"
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: Based on your last CTC

Role & Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls.
- Convert enquiries into OPD appointments.
- Follow up with leads from Meta, Google, WhatsApp, and website.
- Schedule and confirm doctor appointments.
- Counsel patients on our services and encourage clinic visits.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and regular follow-ups.
- Achieve appointment booking and conversion targets.
Skills required:-
- Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
- Experience in hospital, healthcare, diagnostics, or specialty clinic telesales is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in appointment booking and tele-sales conversions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and WhatsApp-based patient communication is an added advantage.
