- Handle the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Oversee joining formalities, employee induction, and documentation.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, HR Executive, Admin Executive, or in a similar role.
- Possess a positive attitude along with strong presentation and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage confidential information with integrity.

HR – Admin & Marketing.
- Handle general administrative duties and support client requirements.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
- Exhibit a positive work attitude and take initiative in client problem-solving.
- Create and maintain lead generation sources to support business development activities.
- Identify, develop, and manage lead generation channels to support business growth.
- Generate and qualify potential business leads through various sourcing methods.
