Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present products/services to clients and negotiate sales contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare sales reports, client updates, and market feedback for management.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
