What we’re looking for?
We’re seeking an ELT Developer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services—especially BigQuery, Python, and Firestore. In this role, you will design and implement robust, production-grade ELT pipelines and collaborate across engineering and business teams to drive data excellence. What you’ll do?
Architect Data Pipelines: Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using GCP, BigQuery, Snowflake, Dataflow, and Firestore.
Optimize Performance: Tune and optimize complex data infrastructure for maximum throughput, efficiency, scalability, and high reliability.
Integrate & Transform Data: Consolidate, transform, and integrate massive datasets from disparate sources to power downstream analytics and operational systems.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with data scientists, analysts, product managers, and business stakeholders to scope and deliver impact-driven data solutions.
Ensure Data Excellence: Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain data workflows to guarantee absolute data quality, integrity, and operational efficiency.
To be successful in this role, you should have
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology (B.E/B.Tech) from a top-tier institution in India.
Experience: 4–6 years of experience in ELT/ETL development on cloud platforms.
Skill:
Advanced proficiency in Python, expert-level SQL, and a deep understanding of core data warehousing concepts and architectural patterns.
Practical, hands-on experience working with BigQuery, Snowflake, Firestore, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Apache Beam.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with clear communication skills to articulate complex data architectures to non-technical stakeholders.

SQL (Advanced queries, window functions, and optimization)
ETL/ELT (Pipeline orchestration and architecture)
Python (Data manipulation and scripting)
Cloud Platform Experience (GCP preferred)
