Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager to manage and execute project delivery activities for MEP and building services projects. The candidate will work closely with commissioning teams, contractors, project teams, and clients to ensure that project expectations, quality standards, procedures, and deadlines are successfully achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Take technical responsibility for the delivery of commissioning services in accordance with project and client requirements.
- Manage the preparation of technical reports, status reports, and project progress updates.
- Review and appraise MEP designs, shop drawings, specifications, and technical documents from a commissioning perspective.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify commissioning-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Witness, review, and verify contractors' testing and commissioning activities and results.
- Ensure all works comply with company procedures, project specifications, and relevant industry codes and standards.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with commissioning, construction, and project delivery teams.
- Oversee and review the work and deliverables prepared by subordinate team members.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the commissioning team.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in MEP systems, building services coordination, testing & commissioning, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial / team leadership role.
- Experience working with multinational companies or large-scale MEP/building services projects will be preferred.
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of testing & commissioning processes, site installation, MEP systems, and building services project management.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, and capable of managing teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with strong experience in MEP testing & commissioning, building services, site coordination, and project delivery, particularly those who have managed commissioning teams and large-scale projects, are encouraged to apply.
Note: Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Commissioning Manager position.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per month
