We are seeking a dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calls to potential customers to introduce products or services
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to persuade customers to purchase products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Proficient in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and close sales over the phone
- Familiarity with sales software and market research tools is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
