About the Position
Durjara Sports Hub is looking for a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Multi-Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sports, good communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate children and young athletes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sports coaching and training sessions for children and students.
- Train participants in multiple sports and basic athletic skills.
- Plan and conduct engaging drills, activities, and practice sessions.
- Develop participants’ fitness, coordination, discipline, and sporting abilities.
- Monitor individual performance and provide constructive guidance.
- Ensure proper safety and discipline during training sessions.
- Assist with sports events, competitions, and activities conducted by the organization.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong knowledge of sports and basic coaching techniques.
- Ability to coach and motivate children effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, disciplined, responsible, and professional attitude.
- Previous coaching experience is an advantage.
- Sports-related qualification or certification is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
