Title: Receptionist – Aesthetic Center
Working Hours
- 9 Hours Duty
- 1 Weekly Off (As per Company Policy)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all patients and visitors with a warm, professional, and courteous attitude.
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-up calls.
- Attend incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and website enquiries.
- Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records in the clinic management software.
- Coordinate patient flow between doctors, therapists, counsellors, and treatment rooms.
- Explain consultation charges, treatment packages, memberships, and ongoing offers.
- Generate bills, collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily Cash/UPI records.
- Maintain the reception area, waiting lounge, and front desk in a neat and presentable condition.
- Ensure all patient registration forms, consent documents, and records are completed before consultation.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping team to maintain clinic hygiene and ambience.
- Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate concerns to the Clinic Manager when required.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of patient information and clinic data.
- Prepare daily reports on appointments, walk-ins, enquiries, conversions, collections, and cancellations.
- Assist the marketing and counselling team with lead allocation and follow-ups.
- Promote Cosmetica India's services, products, memberships, and referral programs to eligible patients.
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations while ensuring an excellent patient experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and clinic management software.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude with a Patient-First approach.
- Basic knowledge of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments will be an added advantage.
Qualification & ExperienceEducation
- Graduate in any discipline.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in:
