About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team, effective communication with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely execution of sales activities and achievement of business objectives.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, MIS, and dashboards.
- Track sales targets versus achievements and share performance updates with management.
- Coordinate with distributors, sales officers, and Area Sales Executives to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure timely processing of sales orders and coordinate with the dispatch and logistics teams for on-time deliveries.
- Maintain accurate customer, distributor, and sales records in the company's systems.
- Monitor pending orders, stock availability, and payment status, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, sales data, and business reviews.
- Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Ensure timely communication of sales schemes, price revisions, circulars, and other business updates to the field team.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related records.
- Assist management in preparing monthly business review presentations and performance analysis.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance sales coordination and operational efficiency.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
