Job Title: OT Staff Nurse – Surgical Gastro & ENT
Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration (Mandatory)
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant OT experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during Surgical Gastro and ENT procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the OT with sterile instruments and equipment.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain OT documentation and coordinate with the surgical team.
Skills: OT knowledge, sterile technique, teamwork, communication, and ability to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
