Job Profile:
- Handling Technical Support for all our solutions such aa Zoho, G Suite, Microsoft 365 / Azure, Web-Email Hosting ( cPanel & Plesk Control Panels ), Domain Name Registrations, ThinkEmailer.com, Cloud & VPS Hosting etc
- Project Implementation for Global Solutions such as Google Workspace, MS 365, Azure, OnleLogin, Zohodesk etc.
- Supporting Office Systems & Operations.
- Hardware & Networking Knowledge will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Web Hosting, DNS Management will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and on Client sites sometimes.
- Ability to respond to customers in English via the Think Support Ticket system.
