Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in selling products to schools and institutions within the learning space industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of product sales and an established network in the education sector. This role involves extensive travel and requires someone with a passion for building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth for Waku Your Space’s products and services, focusing on schools and learning institutions.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the educational sector, leveraging existing relationships and networks.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by maintaining strong relationships with school administrators, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for schools, preschools, and institutions, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated with trends and developments within the education and kids’ learning spaces market.
- Collaborate closely with the design and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Provide regular feedback on market conditions and customer requirements to improve product offerings.
- Travel extensively for client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in hard-core product sales, specifically selling to schools, preschools, or institutions in the learning space industry.
- Network: Strong, existing network within the education sector, with a proven track record of engaging school administrators and stakeholders.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct impactful product presentations and close deals.
- Self-Motivated: Driven to work independently, while also being a team player.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
