Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Jamnagar. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in maintaining customer relationships, managing sales records, handling client inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
- Assist in preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support the sales team with research on customer needs and competitor activities.
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Tracking shipments to deliver the material on time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Minimum 1–2 years Sales experience in brass industry.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Excellent Communication and Sales Abilities
- Strong Organization and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and Hindi, is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
