Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician / RMO to join our Mobile Medical Van and NGO healthcare projects. The candidate will provide primary healthcare services to underserved communities through mobile clinics and outreach programs. The role involves patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment, health education, and coordination with project teams to ensure quality healthcare delivery in community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct medical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in mobile medical units and community camps.
- Prescribe medicines and recommend appropriate investigations or referrals when required.
- Handle emergency and basic trauma cases during field visits.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment logs, and medical reports.
- Participate in health awareness and preventive healthcare activities.
- Ensure compliance with medical protocols, hygiene standards, and NGO healthcare policies.
- Coordinate with paramedical staff, project coordinators, and local stakeholders.
- Support vaccination drives, screening camps, and public health initiatives as required.
- Monitor medical inventory and ensure proper utilization of medicines and equipment.
Qualification & Eligibility
- MBBS degree from a recognized Indian Medical College.
- Valid registration with the Medical Council/NMC.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Experience in community health, rural healthcare, or NGO projects will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work in field conditions and travel as required.
- Good communication and patient-handling abilities.
