Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and channel partners
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns
Ensure a smooth customer journey from booking to possession
Post-Sales Coordination
Handle documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams
Ensure timely updates to customers regarding project progress
CRM System Management Update and maintain customer data in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) Generate reports on customer interactions and sales progress Analyze data to identify trends and improve processes Retention & Upselling Develop strategies for repeat business and referrals Cross-sell or upsell additional properties or services Maintain long-term engagement with clients
