Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated International Business Development Associate to support our global expansion efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about international markets, client engagement, and strategic growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Research and identify potential clients in international markets
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients
- Conduct outreach using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct introductory calls and meetings to understand client requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitors
- Prepare reports, insights, and presentations for management and clients
Sales & Operations Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documents
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Networking & Brand Representation
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars
- Build a strong professional network to support long-term partnerships
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
