- Comfortable using digital communication and online meeting tools for customer interactions and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team and support the sales process remotely.
- Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Make sales calls, follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and convert leads into sales.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to ensure timely closure and continued engagement.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Ensure quality and consistency in sales-related activities and identify areas for improvement.
- Track individual sales progress and work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, revenue, invoices, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to the relevant teams.
- Provide necessary after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requirements.
- Participate in virtual sales meetings, training sessions, and team discussions as required.
- Maintain professionalism, productivity, and timely communication while working remotely.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
