Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily order processing and dispatch
* Coordinate with courier and logistics partners
* Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
* Handle returns, exchanges, and inventory updates
* Maintain order reports and operational data
Requirements:
* Experience in e-commerce or logistics operations
* Knowledge of courier panels / shipping tools
* Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
* Good Excel and communication skills
Pay: ₹9,051.02 - ₹45,000.00 per month
