Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers for freight forwarding (Air & Sea), customs clearance, and logistics services
- Meet exporters, importers, manufacturers, and traders to promote company services
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, rate negotiations, and service proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Coordinate with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Maintain CRM, sales reports, and client records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA / Logistics preferred)
- 2–10 years experience in logistics / freight forwarding sales
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping terms, and freight rates
Preferred
- Experience in CHA / Freight Forwarding / NVOCC / 3PL
- Local market knowledge and customer base
