Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in façade and building envelope projects.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Expand business with developers, architects, consultants, contractors, and government organizations.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for proposal preparation.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
- Ensure timely order booking and project handover to execution teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and project presentations.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop repeat business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Identify emerging opportunities in commercial, residential, institutional, and industrial projects.
- Prepare market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Production, and Project Execution teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
- Support project execution during commercial discussions.
