Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior projects from execution to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day interior site activities and project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, and project managers.
- Ensure work is completed as per design, quality standards, and timelines.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and measurements.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues effectively.
- Ensure proper safety and compliance at the project site.
- Prepare regular site progress updates and reports.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Good knowledge of modular/interior execution and site coordination.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
