Job Summary:
Protosys Technologies Pvt. Ltd Injection Molding to coordinate customer orders from order receipt to final delivery. The candidate will work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end project activities from order receipt to product delivery.
- Track customer orders and monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure material availability and production readiness as per schedule.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Follow up on production status and delivery commitments.
- Communicate project updates to management and customers.
- Identify delays and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain project records and MIS reports.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of injection mould manufacturing process..
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint & Google Sheets.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical ,Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Project Coordination, Production Planning, Manufacturing, or Injection Molding Industry.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
