We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional who can handle customer acquisition, client visits, relationship management, and sales coordination. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, generating new business opportunities, managing client communication through calls, emails, and WhatsApp, and handling quotations and account coordination.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit customers and generate new business opportunities for IT products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, SMBs, educational institutions, and enterprise clients.
- Promote and sell IT hardware, laptops, desktops, servers, networking products, peripherals, accessories, and IT services.
- Handle customer communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, payments, and after-sales support.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and pipelines using MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi.
- Good knowledge of IT products, hardware, networking, and enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and email handling.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
Preferred Candidate
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Experience in selling laptops, desktops, servers, networking products, IT accessories, printing solutions, or enterprise IT solutions will be preferred.
- Existing corporate customer network will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
