Responsibilities
· Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing statements, insurance claims and payment records.
· Review denied claims, determine the reason for the denial, and initiate appeals or corrections as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of all outstanding claims, payments received, and adjustments made.
