About the Role
We are looking for a confident Tele Calling Executive to handle inbound enquiries and walk-in counselling at our center. The executive should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions. This is a 100% on-site role – no work from home.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound calls and walk-in enquiries from parents/students regarding ARK’s courses, batches, and fees
2. Counsel parents on the right program based on the child’s class, school, and learning needs
3. Explain ARK’s teaching methodology, faculty, and success stories clearly and professionally
4. Schedule and coordinate demo classes with the academic team
5. Maintain a detailed enquiry log and follow up with interested parents who visited/called us first
6. Achieve monthly admission targets set by the management
7. Maintain daily reports on enquiries handled, demos scheduled, and conversions achieved
8. Share parent feedback with management to improve services
9. Note: This role does not involve cold calling. You will only respond to parents who contact us first
Requirements
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and English. Hindi is an added advantage
2. Pleasant, patient, and professional phone/in-person manner
3. Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM usage
4. Prior experience in counselling, front office, or admission roles preferred. Freshers with good communication can apply
5. Target-oriented and committed to converting enquiries
6. Minimum HSC/Diploma/Graduate in any discipline
7. Must be willing to work from ARK Center – St. Thomas Mount. No work from home
8. Commitment to work with us for minimum 6 months
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
