Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven Assistant Manager with 5 - 10 years of professional industry experience to lead and support our end-to-end data collection, forecasting, and reporting processes. In this role, you will manage critical data workflows across dozens of member firms, administer digital data portals, and support global compliance surveys and external assurance audits.
Prior exposure to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) frameworks, carbon accounting, or sustainability reporting is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Stakeholder Management
- Community Data Support: Drive the end-to-end annual data collection process.
- Climate Data Administration: Manage the comprehensive end-to-end annual climate data collection and analysis lifecycle.
- Board-Level Forecasting: Coordinate and support the annual forecast data collection process across both Community and Climate tracks.
System Administration & Business Intelligence (End-User)
- Portal Management: Serve as the functional owner and end-user administrator for the PowerApps portal solution used in Community data collection.
- Carbon Accounting: Utilize Microsoft Sustainability Manager to oversee and maintain accurate carbon accounting records.
- App & Model Overviews: Administer the Canvas App carbon data collection portal and maintain the complex Excel carbon forecast model .
Global Surveys & Reporting
- CDP Disclosure: Support the completion of the annual CDP survey , taking ownership of survey response document control and rigorous data preparation.
- UNGC Compliance: Provide end-to-end support for the UN Global Compact survey completion.
- Annual OIP Report: Execute the data book roll-forward process and update the final reporting metrics.
Assurance & Compliance
- Audit Support: Facilitate both internal and external assurance engagements, ensuring data traceability and compliance with auditing standards.
Qualifications: Experience:5-10 years of professional experience in data operations, FP&A and business analysis.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance, MBA, CMA, FRM, Semi-Qualified Accountant, CA
